Product Description
The MED035 Reinforced Endotracheal Tube is engineered for secure airway management in situations where tube flexion, compression, or extreme head and neck positioning may compromise standard endotracheal tubes. Manufactured from non-toxic, non-irritant medical-grade PVC, the tube incorporates a uniformly embedded spiral metal reinforcement that effectively prevents kinking while maintaining flexibility.
This reinforced design allows uninterrupted airflow even when the tube is bent or twisted, making it ideal for head & neck surgeries, prone positioning, neurosurgical procedures, and intensive care ventilation.
The cuffed version features a high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) cuff that ensures an efficient tracheal seal while minimizing mucosal trauma. Accurate depth placement is facilitated by clear graduation markings and a continuous tip-to-tip radiopaque line for precise X-ray verification.
The tube is fitted with a universal 15 mm connector and is compatible with standard ventilator and anesthesia circuits. ETO sterilized and pyrogen-free, MED035 is intended for single-patient use in operating rooms, ICUs, and emergency settings.
