The bed is constructed with a heavy-duty ERW tube frame and undercarriage base, ensuring structural strength and long-term durability. It features a CNC machine pressed and bent four-section perforated and embossed mattress platform that enhances ventilation and patient comfort. Stainless steel laminated head and foot panels provide corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, while stainless steel collapsible EPC side railings offer enhanced patient safety and easy access for caregivers. The bed supports essential patient positioning functions including backrest elevation, knee rest elevation, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg through a smooth manual crank system. Heavy-duty single castor wheels ensure smooth mobility and stability in hospital environments.
