A semi fowler hospital bed engineered for reliability and ease of operation. The bed allows smooth backrest elevation through a CNC-machined crank system with double ball bearing mechanism, ensuring controlled and quiet movement.
The perforated mattress platform is CNC pressed for strength and ventilation, supported by a CRCA rectangular pipe framework with heavy-duty round tube reinforcements. “H” type CRCA legs enhance stability, while EPC head and foot panels provide a durable and cost-effective solution. The bed includes IV pole provision at four locations, making it suitable for general wards and nursing care units.
