About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales & Marketing Associate to expand our global presence and develop new business opportunities across international markets. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, market research and achieving export sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international markets for company products.
Generate leads through trade portals, LinkedIn, cold emails, and international databases.
Communicate with overseas clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and coordinate order processing.
Handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics teams.
Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain client database and follow up for repeat orders.
Participate in international medical exhibitions and trade fairs (as required).
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / BBA in International Business, Marketing or related field.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation (preferred).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
0–2 years of experience in International Sales/Export Marketing preferred.
Experience in Pharma / Medical / Healthcare export industry will be an added advantage.
