Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized Administrative Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and manage visitor entry.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and basic inquiries.
3. Manage courier in/out and maintain logs.
4. Assist in admin work: filing, data entry, documentation.
5. Maintain office supplies and stationery records.
6. Support HR/Admin in daily tasks and follow-ups.
7. Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and coordinate with departments.
8. Maintain reception area and office documents.
9. Additional duties as the company may call upon you to perform, from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Admin Executive.
3. Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
